Honey Competition at the Bluegrass Fair?

I think the Bluegrass Beekeepers discussed helping start a honey competition at the Bluegrass Fair this year? I was just wondering if there is more info, i.e. guidelines, schedule, etc.? I didn't see anything in the Ag section of the BG fair...that might be a good place for info (http://www.lionsclubbluegrassfair.com/). Thanks!
